Impact Martial Arts Team Sgarlata will be teaching a bully prevention workshop.
They will help children recognize bullies and not become their victims. They will help children understand the characteristics of bullying and red flags to look for.
Kids will be able to participate in fun drills to reinforce skills to help them have confidence and be assertive. The goal is to help kids be less of a target for bullies.
This event is free and open to children and teens.
