Spring is here and the bikes are out! We want you to be safe, so Deb Kogut, an educator from the Onondaga County Traffic Safety Board, will be here to talk about bike safety. She will also have helmets available and demonstrate the proper way to wear one.
The program is free and open to all ages.
Helmets will be available for purchase. The cost will be $10 or $6 for people qualifying under low income guidelines.
There are few services provided free to the public that offer a more positive or lasting impact on our lives than our local libraries.
Every day across the country, libraries open their doors to everyone: children, parents, seniors, teachers, students, writers, artists, job seekers, entrepreneurs, readers, gamers, movie lovers and travel buffs.
With a library card, anyone can have easy access to an endless supply of books, magazines, newspapers, music, media, e-books and the internet.
Libraries are trusted places used for meetings, events, art exhibits, lectures, tutoring and quiet studying sites.
Visit the library during National Library Week to see what’s new and celebrate your library!
